    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage institutional and project sales
    • Build relationships with architects, builders, and contractors
    • Identify new project opportunities and generate leads
    • Handle bulk orders and ensure timely execution
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2–3 years of experience in institutional or project sales
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
    • Knowledge of construction or building materials is a plus
    • Age below 35 years
